Responsibility
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic IT and insurance projects from initiation to closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Manage cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and business partners, to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges to maintain project momentum.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including charters, status reports, and post-mortem analyses.
- Ensure alignment with business goals and regulatory compliance in all project deliverables.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams to drive collaboration and innovation.
- Monitor project KPIs and metrics, providing data-driven insights to optimize performance and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, IT, or a related field; Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in IT, insurance, or financial services.
- Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end project lifecycles for large-scale initiatives.
- Strong proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, with experience in hybrid approaches.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project) and collaboration platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
