Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end project management for rail and transportation infrastructure initiatives, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets in alignment with client and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of rail systems, including signaling, trackwork, and station development.
- Monitor project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and provide regular progress reports to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with international rail safety standards (e.g., ISO, EN) and local Indonesian regulations.
- Oversee procurement, vendor negotiations, and contract management for rail-specific materials and services.
- Foster strong relationships with government agencies, clients, and community stakeholders to facilitate project approvals and support.
- Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices in rail project delivery and sustainability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in rail/transportation infrastructure.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale rail projects (e.g., metro, light rail, or commuter systems) from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of rail engineering principles, including track design, electrification, and signaling systems.
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian rail regulations and experience working in Southeast Asia is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and CAD software.
