Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end deployment of high-voltage EV charging infrastructure projects, from site assessment to commissioning.
- Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with local authorities, utility providers, and contractors to secure permits, grid connections, and site preparations.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and maintenance of high-voltage charging equipment, ensuring compliance with technical specifications.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance to ensure project milestones are met.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project delays or disruptions.
- Provide technical guidance and training to on-site teams and stakeholders on EV charging systems and safety protocols.
- Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and present updates to senior management and clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on high-voltage systems or renewable energy infrastructure.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale deployment projects, preferably in the EV charging or energy sector.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards (e.g., IEC, NEC, or local equivalents).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and technical software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP).
- Ability to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
