Responsibility
- Assist in the design, testing, and prototyping of smart coffee vending machine components.
- Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot hardware/software issues and implement fixes.
- Support the deployment and maintenance of machines across key locations in Bali.
- Conduct performance analysis and recommend improvements for efficiency and reliability.
- Document technical processes, user manuals, and maintenance logs.
- Assist in supply chain coordination for parts procurement and inventory management.
- Participate in field testing and gather user feedback to refine product features.
- Contribute to IoT integration and remote monitoring systems for real-time diagnostics.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) or prototyping tools.
- Familiarity with IoT devices, sensors, or embedded systems is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Passion for innovation, automation, or coffee technology.
- Willingness to travel to Ubud, Denpasar, or Jimbaran for field assignments as needed.
