Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end delivery of insurance technology projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget completion with high-quality outcomes
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for initiatives across Life, General, and Medical insurance lines
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and subject matter experts to drive project success
- Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues to maintain momentum and stakeholder satisfaction
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior management
- Ensure projects align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in the insurance sector
- Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies and tools within the insurance practice
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to clients and internal leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience in the insurance industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record delivering technology projects for Life, General, or Medical insurance products
- Strong understanding of insurance operations, regulatory requirements, and digital transformation trends
- Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Confluence) and Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication skills in English, with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar professional certification is highly desirable
- Experience working with remote teams and managing distributed project resources
