Based in the vibrant hubs of Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas), you’ll collaborate with top-tier engineers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that redefine the fintech landscape.
Responsibility
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the transaction platform, aligning with business goals and market needs.
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA) to deliver high-impact features and infrastructure improvements.
- Drive the scalability, reliability, and performance of the transaction platform to support high-volume, low-latency processing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- Monitor key performance metrics (e.g., transaction success rates, latency, uptime) and iterate based on data-driven insights.
- Identify and mitigate risks, including fraud, security vulnerabilities, and compliance gaps, in collaboration with legal and security teams.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in fintech, payments, and platform infrastructure to drive innovation.
- Mentor and coach junior product managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 3 years leading transaction platforms, payment systems, or fintech infrastructure.
- Proven track record of delivering scalable, high-availability systems in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to engage in deep discussions with engineers on architecture, APIs, and system design.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Trello.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills to align teams and executives.
- Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, GDPR) and security best practices in fintech.
