Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy automation scripts and workflows to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement scalable solutions.
- Build and maintain Business Intelligence (BI) tools and dashboards to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Optimize existing automation systems to enhance performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation tools, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Document automation processes, workflows, and system configurations for future reference and training.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in automation, AI, and data analytics to drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct user training and support for teams adopting new automation tools and processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in automation development, scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash), or RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism).
- Strong knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) and data visualization techniques.
- Experience with API integrations, ETL processes, and database management (SQL, NoSQL).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
