Responsibility
- Lead and manage large-scale digital and communication projects from initiation to closure, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business analysts, to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges to maintain project momentum.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring transparency.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs and metrics, implementing improvements as needed.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, driving continuous improvement in project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the ICT or digital solutions sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects with budgets exceeding IDR 100 million.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or Trello.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on delivering results.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Willingness to relocate or work in Bali, Indonesia.
