Responsibility
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of complex banking-related projects ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource management strategies.
- Manage project budgets, cost-tracking, and financial reporting for executive leadership.
- Facilitate effective communication between IT, operations, and external banking stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure operational continuity and compliance.
- Ensure project deliverables meet rigorous quality standards and internal/external audit requirements.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project team members to foster a culture of excellence.
- Monitor and report on project performance using KPIs and established project management methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project management, specifically within the banking or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional projects.
- Strong understanding of banking processes, digital transformation, and regulatory compliance.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana).
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
