Responsibility
- Lead the overall planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex programs and projects from inception to completion.
- Define comprehensive project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, optimizing for efficiency and quality.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing effective contingency plans.
- Drive effective communication and foster strong relationships with clients, project teams, and senior management, providing regular progress updates.
- Champion best practices in program and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), adapting approaches as needed.
- Mentor and lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring high performance, accountability, and professional development.
- Oversee quality assurance and ensure project deliverables meet high standards and client expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in program and project management, preferably within a consulting or large enterprise environment.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-faceted projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and experience applying them effectively.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or other relevant project management certifications are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
