Responsibility
- Coordinate the day-to-day implementation of assigned projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct field visits and gather data for project feasibility studies and progress monitoring.
- Prepare comprehensive project status reports, including financial updates and narrative accomplishments.
- Facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders to streamline project workflows.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, budgets, and operational work plans.
- Maintain systematic project documentation and database records for audit and compliance purposes.
- Support the formulation of strategies to address bottlenecks in project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Development Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management, coordination, or field operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on results-oriented outputs.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Filipino.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and adapt to changing environments.
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage for field-related duties.
