Responsibility
- Prepare detailed and accurate project estimates for civil engineering projects, including cost analysis and resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain equipment and spare parts drawings using AutoCAD, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to gather necessary data for project planning and estimation.
- Review and analyze project blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to identify potential challenges and propose solutions.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgets.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to strategic decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project estimation, civil engineering, or a related role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in Indonesia or familiarity with local regulations and standards is a plus.
