Responsibility
- Plan, coordinate, and manage M&E project activities to ensure timely completion within budgetary constraints.
- Prepare technical proposals, method statements, and project documentation for submission.
- Monitor site progress, conduct inspections, and ensure all installations adhere to regulatory standards and safety requirements.
- Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors to resolve technical issues.
- Manage project material procurement, cost control, and resource allocation effectively.
- Lead and supervise onsite personnel, ensuring optimal productivity and adherence to WSH regulations.
- Review engineering drawings and attend site meetings to address design variations and technical queries.
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in M&E building services or construction projects.
- Proficient in CAD software and standard project management tools.
- Strong understanding of Singapore building codes, BCA requirements, and WSH regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing site team.
