Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for HV substation (AIS) installations, from feasibility studies to commissioning.
- Develop and review technical specifications, drawings, and BOQs for transformers, switchgear, and protection systems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation, mitigating risks and resolving bottlenecks proactively.
- Ensure compliance with PLN standards, SNI regulations, and international IEEE/IEC codes for HV systems.
- Conduct site inspections, factory acceptance tests (FAT), and site acceptance tests (SAT) for critical equipment.
- Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and post-project evaluations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and government agencies to secure permits and approvals for substation projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (S1) with a focus on power systems or high-voltage technology.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HV substation (AIS) project engineering, preferably in Indonesia.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale electrical infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
- Deep technical knowledge of transformers, circuit breakers, disconnectors, and protection relays (e.g., ABB, Siemens, Schneider).
- Familiarity with ETAP, AutoCAD, or PSS®E for substation design and simulation.
- Strong project management skills (PMP certification is a plus).
- Excellent English and Indonesian communication skills for stakeholder coordination.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali (e.g., Badung, Denpasar, Nusa Dua) as required.
