As a Senior Project Engineer, you will oversee critical phases of large-scale infrastructure development, ensuring compliance with international standards, budget adherence, and timely project delivery. Your expertise in civil engineering, project management, and PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) systems will drive the success of transformative projects that shape Bali’s future.

Responsibility
- Lead and manage LTA project execution, ensuring alignment with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Oversee site supervision, progress tracking, and resource allocation for civil and structural works.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and government authorities to secure approvals and resolve technical challenges.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans using tools like Primavera or MS Project.
- Conduct technical reviews of PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) designs and ensure compliance with LTA and international codes (e.g., AISC, Eurocode).
- Prepare and present progress reports, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses to senior management.
- Implement sustainable construction practices and innovative solutions to optimize project efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and site teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (PEB specialization preferred) from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior role managing LTA or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent; familiarity with Indonesian/Bali construction regulations is a plus.
- Proven expertise in PEB systems, structural steel design, and reinforced concrete applications.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, or Tekla, and project management software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
