Responsibility
- Lead and manage civil engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Develop and review project plans, drawings, and specifications in collaboration with architects, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and government agencies to secure permits, approvals, and resources.
- Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and cost analyses to senior management and clients.
- Implement sustainable and innovative engineering solutions to enhance project efficiency and environmental impact.
- Mentor junior engineers and technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Resolve technical challenges and conflicts, ensuring minimal disruptions to project timelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering project management, preferably in infrastructure or construction.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, and project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards in Indonesia or Southeast Asia.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience working in international or cross-cultural environments is an advantage.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or travel to project sites as required.
