Responsibility
- Supervise and manage high-voltage electrical systems (up to 33kV) in compliance with local and international safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections, testing, and maintenance of electrical installations to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Lead and coordinate technical teams, including electricians and engineers, for project execution and troubleshooting.
- Enforce strict adherence to electrical codes, regulations, and company policies to mitigate risks.
- Prepare and submit technical reports, compliance documentation, and maintenance logs.
- Plan and execute electrical system upgrades, repairs, and emergency response protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems with broader infrastructure projects.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior staff on electrical safety, operations, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Valid Chargeman AO/A4 license (or equivalent certification) recognized in Indonesia/Malaysia.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in high-voltage electrical systems, preferably in industrial or utility sectors.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical codes, standards (e.g., PUIL, IEC), and safety protocols.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing technical teams and projects.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in high-stakes environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and adapt to a fast-paced, multicultural work environment.
