Responsibility
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Quality Management System (QMS) processes in alignment with ISO 9001 and industry standards.
- Support the documentation and updating of QMS procedures, work instructions, and quality manuals.
- Participate in internal audits and corrective action processes to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify quality risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Analyze quality data and generate reports to track performance metrics and trends.
- Contribute to root cause analysis (RCA) and problem-solving initiatives for quality-related issues.
- Assist in training sessions and workshops to promote QMS awareness across departments.
- Support the preparation for external audits and certifications.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields), Quality Management, or a similar discipline.
- Basic understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001), or Six Sigma principles is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data analysis tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Prior internship or project experience in quality assurance or manufacturing is advantageous.
