Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end development of infrastructure, community, and economic projects from conception to completion.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses to ensure project viability.
- Collaborate with government agencies, NGOs, and private sector partners to secure funding, permits, and resources.
- Develop and present detailed project proposals, budgets, and timelines to stakeholders and senior management.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and budget constraints.
- Engage with local communities to gather input, address concerns, and ensure project sustainability.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, challenges, and outcomes for internal and external audiences.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks while optimizing project efficiency and impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Urban Planning, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project development, preferably in infrastructure, community development, or public sector initiatives.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects with budgets exceeding IDR 500M.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills, with experience working with government entities or international organizations.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and financial modeling software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Familiarity with sustainable development goals (SDGs) and best practices in community-centric project design.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, multicultural environments with a problem-solving mindset.
