Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic IT infrastructure programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution and risk mitigation.
- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to keep initiatives on track.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and recommending process enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on IT infrastructure.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, complex IT projects on time and within budget.
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL are highly desirable.
- Experience working in a multicultural or remote team environment is a plus.
