Responsibility
- Lead and oversee multiple IT programs and projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client requirements.
- Develop and implement program governance frameworks, including risk management, budget control, and resource allocation strategies.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define program scope, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and business analysts, to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities for process optimization and technology adoption.
- Monitor program progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Prepare and present regular reports on program status, risks, and financial performance to executive leadership and clients.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the program team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or PMP/PgMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in program management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within the IT or digital transformation space.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale IT programs with budgets exceeding IDR 10 billion.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, with experience in hybrid project management approaches.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all organizational levels.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and enterprise software solutions.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage.
