Responsibility
- Design, deploy, and manage enterprise-level endpoint solutions, including MDM (Mobile Device Management) and EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response) systems.
- Develop and enforce endpoint security policies, compliance standards, and best practices to mitigate risks.
- Optimize endpoint performance, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and ensure high availability of systems.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to integrate endpoint solutions with existing infrastructure and cloud services.
- Automate endpoint provisioning, patching, and monitoring using scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement remediation strategies for endpoint devices.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and support teams.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in endpoint technology and cybersecurity to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in endpoint engineering, systems administration, or cybersecurity.
- Proven expertise in managing endpoint solutions such as Microsoft Intune, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, or VMware Workspace ONE.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and virtualization technologies.
- Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash) and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform).
- Familiarity with network protocols, firewalls, and identity management systems (Active Directory, Azure AD).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator) are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
