Responsibility
- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams (engineering, operations, supply chain, quality) to deliver ICT products on time, within budget, and to specification.
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, risk assessments, and resource allocation.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs, metrics, and reporting tools, implementing corrective actions as needed to mitigate risks.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction in product delivery.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to scope new projects, define requirements, and create proposals.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and Flexâs internal policies.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Masterâs degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in ICT, manufacturing, or electronics industries.
- Proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects in a global environment.
- Strong expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies, with proficiency in tools like MS Project, JIRA, or Smartsheet.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels of an organization.
- Analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a benefit.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites or other Flex locations as required.
