Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive production schedules to meet demand forecasts and inventory targets.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and resources.
- Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to maintain efficiency.
- Optimize material requirements planning (MRP) to reduce waste and control costs.
- Analyze production data and KPIs to recommend process improvements and capacity adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to align production with market demands.
- Prepare detailed reports on production performance, variances, and resource utilization for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain management within the manufacturing or FMCG industry.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
