Responsibility
- Lead the product backlog refinement, prioritization, and grooming to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, QA, and Marketing) to define, deliver, and iterate on high-impact product features.
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives) to ensure efficient and transparent delivery.
- Translate complex business requirements into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, customers, and technical teams to gather feedback and validate solutions.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Champion a user-centric approach by conducting market research, competitor analysis, and usability testing.
- Mentor and coach Junior Product Owners and team members on best practices in product management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in a tech-driven environment.
- Proven track record of managing product lifecycles from ideation to launch and scaling.
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience with roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and MVP development.
- Certifications such as CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner), PSPO, or PMI-ACP are highly desirable.
