Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions tailored to client needs, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Configure and customize Salesforce applications, including workflows, process builders, flows, and validation rules.
- Develop and integrate third-party applications using Salesforce APIs, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Perform data migration, cleansing, and transformation to ensure seamless system transitions.
- Provide technical guidance and best practices to clients and internal teams to optimize Salesforce performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum system reliability.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, certifications, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Consultant, Administrator, or Developer.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development (Apex, SOQL, Flows, Lightning Components).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and integration patterns.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Einstein Analytics is a plus.
- Active Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Developer, or Architect) are highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Superb communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with global teams and clients.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a proactive and self-motivated mindset.
