Responsibility
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable IT infrastructure and network solutions to support business operations.
- Monitor and optimize network performance, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime.
- Manage and troubleshoot server environments, including virtualization and cloud-based systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and integrate new technologies and systems.
- Ensure network security by implementing and maintaining firewalls, VPNs, and other security measures.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in IT infrastructure, network administration, or system analysis.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, and security best practices.
- Experience with server management, virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and automation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+, ITIL) are a plus.
