Responsibility
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals and market demands.
- Lead user research, competitive analysis, and data-driven decision-making to identify opportunities for product enhancement.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric products on time and within budget.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and technical feasibility.
- Monitor KPIs, user feedback, and performance metrics to iterate and improve product features continuously.
- Act as the primary stakeholder liaison, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements.
- Drive go-to-market strategies, including feature launches, user onboarding, and adoption campaigns.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role in a tech-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to align diverse teams.
- Experience with user storytelling, wireframing, and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, JIRA, Confluence).
