Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for oncology products, from ideation to commercialization, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, clinical, marketing, and sales, to drive product development and launch strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in the oncology market.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotional plans, to maximize product adoption and revenue.
- Work closely with regulatory and compliance teams to ensure products meet local and international standards and certifications.
- Monitor product performance post-launch, analyze key metrics, and implement improvements to drive profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, partners, and industry experts.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field. A Masterâs degree (MBA, MSc, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of product management experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on oncology products.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing healthcare products, with measurable impact on revenue and market share.
- Strong understanding of oncology market dynamics, clinical workflows, and regulatory requirements in Indonesia and globally.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across departments.
- Analytical mindset with experience in market research, data analysis, and strategic planning.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or work remotely from one of the specified locations (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
