Responsibility
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy for AsiaPayâs payment solutions, aligning with business goals and market demands.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-impact payment products on time and within scope.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive gaps, translating insights into actionable product requirements.
- Feature Specification & Prioritization: Develop detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria, prioritizing features based on business value and technical feasibility.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including merchants, banks, and regulators, to gather feedback and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, user engagement, and revenue metrics to measure product success and iterate based on data-driven insights.
- Innovation & Scalability: Drive the adoption of emerging technologies (e.g., blockchain, AI, or open banking) to enhance product capabilities and scalability.
- Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring products solve real pain points and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 5+ years in Product Management, with at least 2 years in fintech, payments, or e-commerce (preferably in Southeast Asia).
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of payment systems, APIs, fraud prevention, and compliance (e.g., PCI DSS, PSD2). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to balance long-term vision with short-term execution, making data-backed decisions to drive growth.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to align diverse teams and external partners toward common goals.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in tools like SQL, Tableau, or Google Analytics to derive insights and validate hypotheses.
- User-Centric Mindset: Passion for UX/UI principles and a track record of delivering intuitive, user-friendly products.
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Language: Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other Southeast Asian languages is advantageous.
