Responsibility
- Product Strategy: Define and communicate a clear product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Prioritization: Lead the prioritization of features, enhancements, and bug fixes using data-driven insights and stakeholder feedback.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure on-time, high-quality product delivery.
- Market Analysis: Conduct competitive research and user interviews to identify opportunities and validate product hypotheses.
- Trade-Off Decisions: Balance scope, timeline, budget, and quality to optimize product outcomes without compromising user experience.
- Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs and monitor product performance, iterating based on analytics and user feedback.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between business units, customers, and technical teams to align expectations.
- Innovation: Drive experimentation with new technologies, business models, and user experiences to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in product management, preferably in tech, e-commerce, or digital services.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Google Analytics) and A/B testing frameworks.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills in English; ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- User-Centric Mindset: Passion for solving customer problems with empathy and creativity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus).
