Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies to drive market penetration and revenue growth
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and sales to deliver exceptional IT products
- Monitor and optimize the product pipeline to maximize deal closure rates and customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and trends
- Define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business impact and customer needs
- Collaborate with sales teams to achieve annual targets and expand account portfolios
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve product offerings
- Present product visions and strategies to senior leadership and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in product management within the IT/software industry
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing technology products
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
- Experience working with international teams and remote collaboration
- Familiarity with Bali's tech ecosystem is a plus
