Responsibility
- Design, configure, and implement SAP EWM solutions to meet client warehouse management requirements.
- Monitor system performance, stability, and integrity, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD).
- Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.
- Provide end-user training and support to ensure smooth adoption of SAP EWM functionalities.
- Analyze warehouse data to generate insights and recommend process optimizations.
- Stay updated with SAP EWM updates, industry trends, and best practices to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP EWM implementation, configuration, and support.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes, including inbound/outbound logistics, inventory management, and picking strategies.
- Proficiency in SAP EWM integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, WM, SD) and third-party systems.
- Experience with ABAP debugging, CD views, and OData services is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- SAP EWM certification or relevant training is highly desirable.
