Responsibility
- Growth Strategy: Develop and execute data-backed growth initiatives to drive user acquisition, activation, and revenue across digital channels.
- Product Leadership: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for growth-related features, from ideation to launch and iteration.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, engineering, and design teams to align growth objectives with product roadmaps.
- A/B Testing & Optimization: Design and analyze experiments to refine user flows, onboarding, and conversion funnels.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track KPIs (e.g., CAC, LTV, retention) to measure the success of growth initiatives.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present insights and recommendations to leadership to secure buy-in for growth strategies.
- Scalability: Build frameworks and processes to ensure growth tactics are sustainable and adaptable.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in product management, with at least 2 years specializing in growth for a consumer-facing digital product.
- Technical Acumen: Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker), and A/B testing platforms.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- User-Centric Approach: Deep empathy for user needs, with a focus on improving UX to drive engagement.
- Agile & Lean Methodologies: Experience working in fast-paced, iterative environments with a bias for action.
- Leadership: Proven ability to influence without authority and mentor junior team members.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with e-commerce, SaaS, or marketplace models is a plus.
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
