Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, for government digital initiatives.
- Develop and execute a product roadmap aligned with government priorities and user needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies, to define product requirements and success metrics.
- Drive agile development processes, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality digital solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Advocate for user-centric design principles and accessibility standards in product development.
- Monitor product performance and iterate based on data-driven insights and feedback.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in government or public sector projects.
- Proven track record of successfully launching digital products in complex environments.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, UX/UI principles, and modern software development practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.
- Experience with data analytics tools and metrics-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with government procurement processes and compliance requirements is a plus.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
