Responsibility
- Design, configure, and implement SAP IBP Order-Based Planning (OBP) solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with supply chain stakeholders to analyze business processes and identify optimization opportunities.
- Develop and maintain demand planning, inventory optimization, and production scheduling models in SAP IBP.
- Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements.
- Lead end-to-end SAP IBP OBP deployment projects, including data migration, testing, and user training.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless planning operations.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals, and process workflows.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP IBP features and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP IBP, with a focus on Order-Based Planning (OBP).
- Proven track record of implementing SAP IBP solutions in a consulting or enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes, including demand forecasting, inventory management, and S&OP.
- Proficiency in SAP HANA, SAP BW, or other relevant data integration tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- SAP IBP certification (e.g., C_IBP_2205) is a plus.
