As a key member of our design team, you’ll lead the end-to-end product design process—from user research and wireframing to prototyping and usability testing. Responsibility
- Lead the design of user-centric digital products, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design hypotheses.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and interactive mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and prioritize features.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components to ensure consistency across platforms.
- Analyze user feedback and data (e.g., heatmaps, A/B tests) to iterate on designs and improve conversion rates.
- Advocate for best practices in UX/UI design, accessibility, and mobile-first principles.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar, and familiarity with prototyping tools like InVision or Framer.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, design thinking, and agile methodologies.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions.
- Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout, with a focus on creating intuitive and accessible interfaces.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid environment with global teams.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and present concepts to stakeholders.
- Bonus: Experience in SaaS, fintech, or mobile app design, and familiarity with front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS).
