Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality user experiences.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and prioritize design initiatives.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with business goals and user needs.
- Establish and maintain design systems, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency across products.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to foster their professional growth.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
- Strong understanding of design systems and their implementation.
