Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement scalable product configuration solutions tailored to customer requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Collaborate with technical teams (engineering, development, and QA) to translate customer needs into actionable technical specifications and configurations.
- Proactively engage with customers to gather feedback, identify pain points, and recommend configuration improvements that enhance product usability and performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure timely delivery of product configurations, adhering to quality standards and project timelines.
- Document configuration processes, best practices, and troubleshooting guides to support internal teams and customers.
- Analyze product performance data to identify trends, optimize configurations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and innovation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product configuration to drive innovation within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product configuration, systems engineering, or a related technical role, with a focus on customer-facing solutions.
- Proven experience in product lifecycle management (PLM), configuration management tools (e.g., SAP, Salesforce CPQ, or similar), and technical coordination.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, JavaScript) or configuration automation tools is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high levels of productivity and collaboration.
