Responsibility
- Collaborate with the Head of Product Management to define and align the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Work closely with the Product Strategy team to analyze market trends, user needs, and competitive landscapes to inform product decisions.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and prioritization to launch and iteration, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize user feedback, data insights, and business metrics to drive product improvements and innovations.
- Coordinate with engineering, design, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives.
- Develop and maintain product documentation, including user stories, PRDs (Product Requirements Documents), and feature specifications.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and iterate on product features to enhance user engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and implement best practices for digital product development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, digital product development, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products from conception to post-launch optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to align teams and drive consensus.
- Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in fast-paced, iterative environments.
- Passion for technology, user-centric design, and a deep understanding of digital product ecosystems.
