Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to source high-quality materials and services at competitive prices.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Manage end-to-end procurement cycles, from request for quotation (RFQ) to purchase order (PO) issuance and delivery.
- Oversee logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution to ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and project teams to align procurement activities with budgetary and operational goals.
- Maintain strong supplier relationships and conduct regular performance evaluations to ensure compliance and quality standards.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives through process optimization, bulk purchasing, and alternative sourcing strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Proven track record in supplier negotiation, contract management, and cost reduction.
- Strong knowledge of procurement software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and inventory management tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a focus on sustainability and efficiency.
