Responsibility
- Lead the process integration of semiconductor devices from concept to high-volume manufacturing, ensuring alignment with performance, cost, and yield targets.
- Develop and optimize process flows for advanced nodes (e.g., FinFET, GAA, or memory technologies) through DOE (Design of Experiments) and statistical analysis.
- Collaborate with R&D, process engineering, and product teams to define integration roadmaps and resolve technical bottlenecks.
- Drive yield enhancement and defect reduction initiatives by analyzing failure modes and implementing corrective actions.
- Author and review technical documentation, including integration reports, SOPs, and patent disclosures.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership in cross-functional projects with global stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in semiconductor materials, equipment, and methodologies to maintain competitive advantage.
- Support customer engagements by addressing integration-related inquiries and customizing solutions for specific use cases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field. PhD is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in semiconductor process integration, with a focus on logic, memory, or analog devices.
- Proven track record in process development for advanced nodes (≤28nm preferred) and familiarity with tools like TCAD, Sentaurus, or Coventor.
- Strong expertise in fabrication techniques (e.g., lithography, etch, deposition, CMP, implant) and their impact on device performance.
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Python, SQL) and yield management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead root-cause analysis for complex integration issues.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) with strong communication skills for global collaboration.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (work permit support provided for eligible candidates).
