Are you a seasoned Electrical Engineer or Manager with expertise in Oil & Gas, Power Generation, or Genset systems? Trust Recruit is urgently seeking a dynamic professional to lead critical electrical projects in Bali’s thriving energy sector.
In this high-impact role, you’ll oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of electrical systems including gensets, switchboards, EPC projects, steam power equipment, and air quality control systems. You’ll also play a key role in proposal development, tender processes, and fuel cell technologies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.

Responsibility
- Lead the design, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems for Oil & Gas, power generation, and genset applications.
- Oversee EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.
- Develop and review technical proposals, tenders, and bids for high-value contracts.
- Manage switchboard and steam power equipment installations, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate air quality control and fuel cell technologies into energy solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for electrical infrastructure projects.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to align project deliverables with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; professional certification (e.g., PE, CEng) is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on Oil & Gas, power generation, or genset systems.
- Proven track record in EPC project management, including switchboard, steam power, and air quality control systems.
- Strong expertise in proposal writing, tender processes, and contract negotiations.
- Familiarity with fuel cell technologies, electrical safety standards (IEC, NEC), and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas) with willingness to travel as needed.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar electrical design software is highly desirable.
