Responsibility
- Strategic Pharmacy Planning: Lead the development and implementation of pharmacy service models for EGH, ensuring alignment with SingHealth’s clinical and operational goals.
- Workflow Optimization: Design and refine pharmaceutical workflows to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and patient safety in medication management.
- Clinical Collaboration: Partner with medical, nursing, and administrative teams to integrate pharmacy services into patient care pathways.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to local and international pharmacy regulations, including GMP, GDP, and hospital accreditation standards.
- Resource Management: Oversee inventory, procurement, and budgeting for pharmaceutical supplies, optimizing cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
- Staff Development: Mentor and train junior pharmacists and support staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Quality Assurance: Implement audit systems and performance metrics to monitor and improve pharmacy service delivery.
- Innovation & Technology: Drive the adoption of digital pharmacy solutions, such as automated dispensing systems and e-prescribing tools.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institution. Licensed Pharmacist in Indonesia (or eligibility for registration).
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in hospital pharmacy for Senior Pharmacist; 8+ years with leadership experience for Principal/Senior Principal roles.
- Clinical Expertise: Strong knowledge of clinical pharmacology, drug interactions, and therapeutic guidelines.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and drive operational improvements.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Indonesian healthcare regulations and international pharmacy standards (e.g., WHO, ISO).
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with pharmacy management software (e.g., EPIC, Cerner) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
