Responsibility

  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop technical proposals and solutions that align with client requirements and business objectives.
  • Design and architect scalable network solutions, including LAN/WAN, VPN, and cloud connectivity, to meet customer needs.
  • Provide expert-level technical support during the presales process, including product demonstrations, proof-of-concept (PoC) development, and solution presentations.
  • Assist in the implementation and deployment of network solutions, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to client operations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to network connectivity, performance, and security.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including network diagrams, configuration guides, and best practices for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitive solutions to provide informed recommendations to clients and internal teams.
  • Act as a technical liaison between customers, sales, and engineering teams to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in presales, technical support, or network engineering roles, with a focus on enterprise solutions.
  • Strong expertise in network design, implementation, and troubleshooting, including proficiency with routing, switching, firewalls, and VPN technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, or other enterprise networking equipment is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, or equivalent are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
