Responsibility
- Lead the procurement process for telecommunication tower projects, from vendor selection to contract negotiation and execution.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs, quality, and delivery timelines for tower infrastructure.
- Collaborate with engineering, finance, and legal teams to ensure alignment on project requirements and compliance with company policies.
- Manage vendor relationships, including performance evaluations, contract renewals, and dispute resolution.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and innovation in procurement practices.
- Ensure all procurement activities adhere to industry regulations, company standards, and ethical guidelines.
- Prepare and present reports on procurement performance, budget adherence, and risk management to senior leadership.
- Mentor and guide junior procurement team members to foster professional growth and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Diploma (D3) or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in procurement, with at least 2 years focused on telecommunication tower projects or infrastructure procurement.
- Proven track record in vendor management, contract negotiation, and strategic sourcing.
- Strong understanding of procurement best practices, industry regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
