Responsibility

  • Lead the procurement process for telecommunication tower projects, from vendor selection to contract negotiation and execution.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs, quality, and delivery timelines for tower infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with engineering, finance, and legal teams to ensure alignment on project requirements and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including performance evaluations, contract renewals, and dispute resolution.
  • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and innovation in procurement practices.
  • Ensure all procurement activities adhere to industry regulations, company standards, and ethical guidelines.
  • Prepare and present reports on procurement performance, budget adherence, and risk management to senior leadership.
  • Mentor and guide junior procurement team members to foster professional growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Diploma (D3) or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in procurement, with at least 2 years focused on telecommunication tower projects or infrastructure procurement.
  • Proven track record in vendor management, contract negotiation, and strategic sourcing.
  • Strong understanding of procurement best practices, industry regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
