Responsibility
- Develop, program, and commission PLC, SCADA, and BMS systems to meet project specifications and industry standards.
- Design and implement control system architectures, including HMI (Human-Machine Interface) and data acquisition modules.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting on industrial machinery, automation systems, and electrical components to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software engineering teams to integrate control systems with broader operational frameworks.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive and corrective countermeasures to enhance system reliability and safety.
- Prepare technical documentation, including system diagrams, user manuals, and maintenance protocols.
- Provide on-site and remote support for system testing, validation, and client training.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in industrial automation, IoT, and smart building technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Siemens TIA Portal, Allen-Bradley, Schneider Electric) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in PLC programming (e.g., Ladder Logic, Structured Text, Function Block Diagram) and SCADA/BMS development.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software tools such as Siemens Step 7, WinCC, Ignition, or Codesys.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of resolving complex automation challenges.
- Experience with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, OPC UA, BACnet).
- Familiarity with electrical schematics, motor control systems, and variable frequency drives (VFDs).
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali and occasionally internationally.
