Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to diagnose musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions, developing personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
- Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, electrotherapy, and hydrotherapy, to optimize patient recovery and functional outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (e.g., physicians, occupational therapists, and fitness trainers) to ensure holistic, patient-centered care in clinic and resort settings.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve measurable improvements in mobility, strength, and pain management.
- Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and lifestyle modifications to support long-term rehabilitation goals.
- Lead and mentor junior physiotherapists or rehabilitation assistants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in physiotherapy techniques, technologies, and research to enhance clinical practice and patient care standards.
- Participate in community outreach programs, wellness workshops, or corporate health initiatives to promote physiotherapy awareness and preventive care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution, with AHPC registration (or equivalent international certification).
- Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical experience as a Physiotherapist, with a preference for candidates with senior-level or specialized expertise (e.g., sports, orthopedics, neurology).
- Proven track record in treating a diverse patient population, including athletes, post-surgical patients, and individuals with chronic conditions.
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is a plus.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams or luxury wellness/resort environments is highly desirable.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development, including certifications in specialized techniques (e.g., dry needling, Pilates, or vestibular rehabilitation).
- Adaptability and cultural sensitivity to work effectively in Bali’s diverse, international healthcare landscape.
