Responsibility
- Operational Support: Assist nursing teams with daily administrative tasks, including resident documentation, scheduling, and coordination of care services.
- Service Delivery: Ensure smooth operations across care homes by monitoring service standards, addressing resident needs, and implementing process improvements.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with clinical staff, management, and external partners to maintain high-quality resident care and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of resident care plans, medical supplies, and operational reports using digital healthcare systems.
- Problem-Solving: Identify operational challenges and propose solutions to enhance efficiency, resident satisfaction, and team productivity.
- Training & Onboarding: Support the training of new staff and volunteers on care home protocols, safety procedures, and resident interaction guidelines.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, infection control policies, and emergency response protocols.
- Resident Engagement: Foster a positive environment by assisting with recreational activities, family communications, and resident feedback initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in healthcare administration, nursing support, clinical operations, or a related field (elderly care experience is a plus).
- Education: Diploma or degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline (certifications in elderly care or clinical support are advantageous).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in healthcare software (e.g., electronic medical records), Microsoft Office, and basic data entry.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and written communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
- Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
