Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and APIs using PHP and related technologies.
- Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Optimize database performance and ensure efficient data handling using MySQL.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to ensure smooth operation of applications.
- Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and prevent vulnerabilities.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in PHP development and backend technologies.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in PHP development, with a strong portfolio of web applications and APIs.
- Proficient in PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter.
- Strong knowledge of MySQL, including database design, optimization, and querying.
- Experience working with complex JSON data and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git, and collaborative development workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
